Specialties
- 24-hour service: Hot dip galvanizing within 24 hours.
- High temperature galvanizing: Higher resistance to corrosion and mechanical loads. High-temperature hot dip galvanizing is a melting process, in which steel parts are refined at up to 560°C. Depending on the customer's individual requirements, layer thicknesses from as little as 25 μm to 80 μm can be applied so that even more delicate components can be galvanized. Benefits of high temperature galvanizing:
- Increased protection,
- High surface precision provides better adhesion for all subsequent coating options,
- Higher wear and abrasion resistance,
- Smoother and harder surfaces,
- Optimal fit accuracy (protection against stone chipping).
- Centrifugal galvanization: Screws or other small parts can be galvanized without loss of fitting precision.
Flexible support service
- Surface finishing: Grinding work.
- Complementary services: Expert advice, refinishing, assembly, commissioning, testing and measuring documentation, advice and training on the subject of "corrosion protection" by trained specialists.
- Logistical services: Transport services, just-in-time delivery, temporary storage of galvanized components under a roof.
Thanks to the Seppeler Group's alliance, each company offers an individualized range of services that is tailored to requirements. Hot dip galvanizing from 2 cm screws to 21 m long or 4.50 m high steel structures (item weight: up to 15 tonnes) possible.
