Advantages of hot-dip galvanizing
- Zinc fully protects the structure from corrosion both inside and outside
- Does not require additional maintenance
- Protects steel for up to several decades
- There is no phenomenon of subsurface corrosion
- The execution time of the order is very short – even up to 10h
- Hot-dip galvanizing is the most economical solution, especially in the long term
- Zinc coatings are harder than other anti-corrosion coatings, and at the same time more resistant to abrasion and mechanical impact
- Galvanized elements can be painted, achieving almost any visual effect
- Zinc coatings with Hygienic Certificate of the National Institute of Hygiene (PZH), provide protection for pipes used for the transmission of drinking water
Advantages of high-temperature galvanizing
The advantages of high-temperature (centrifugal) galvanizing, in terms of the corrosion protection itself, are the same as for low-temperature galvanizing. In addition:
- No need for post-galvanizing treatment
- Good adhesion of subsequent coatings
- High resistance to friction and wear
- Harder and smoother surfaces
- Accuracy of fit
- Increased resistance to corrosion and mechanical loads.
